At SandyKent, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer service.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND TIMEFRAME
- You can initiate a return within 7 days of receipt for ALL eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
- You may also request a return if you have changed your mind about an item, subject to the conditions below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- When returning an item, you must keep all seals, tags, accessories intact and ensure the item is in its original packaging.
- For electronic accessories, please remove any passwords from devices being returned, otherwise the return will be invalid.
- Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons, including:
- Cosmetics and beauty products (once opened)
- Swimwear and underwear
- Food supplements
- Personalized/bespoke items
RETURN PROCESS
I. Initiating a Return:
- Log into your SandyKent account
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Select your preferred refund method
II. Return Drop-Off:
- Once your return request is created, you must drop off your item(s) at one of our designated PICK-UP STATIONS within 3 business days.
- If the package is not dropped off within this timeframe, your return request will be automatically canceled.
REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE
The refund process begins once we receive and validate your returned item(s).
- For validated returns, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days for your bank to process
- Store Credit: Refunded to your SandyKent account within 24 hours
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Gift Cards/Vouchers: Replacement voucher will be issued within 24 hours and sent to your email
Refund Notifications:
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the return and refund process.
EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES
- Limited Edition Items: May be subject to special return conditions as specified at the time of purchase
- Sale Items: May have modified return periods as indicated during promotional events
- International Orders: May have different return procedures based on shipping destination
